THE FARM
Situated in the surroundings of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, the Tenuta L'Ugo develops
in the Chianti Fiorentino territory at an altitude between 250 and 300 meters
above sea level. The property extends for 130 hectares, 40 of which are covered
by specialized vineyards.
The winery is located in the Villa dell'Ugo, a wonderful estate dating back to
the 16th century, surrounded by a wide park and containing prestigious aging cellars
equipped with oak barrels and barriques.
Within the property are also 4.950 olive trees dedicated to the production of
a renowned olive oil.
